How would you like to fight AIDS and encourage reading at the same time?
That’s the book-friendly idea of Tara M. Clapper, a Philadelphia-area freelance writer located at TaraWrites.com. Tara’s aim is to raise money for sponsorship in the 2010 Philly AIDS Walk while also encouraging donors to read.
Using a personal die-cutting machine usually used for her scrapbooking projects, Clapper created bookmarks inspired by Robert Indiana’s famous “LOVE” sculpture in Philadelphia.
Embracing the positive message, Clapper produces “HOPE” bookmarks, proclaiming “We have LOVE, let’s give HOPE, Philly.”
You can purchase a bookmark over at the Philly Fights AIDS: Tara M. Clapper Sponsorship Page or by contacting Tara directly via Facebook or e-mail (queenDOTguinevereATgmailDOTcom).
Donors can also sponsor Tara at the AIDS Fund Philly page.
