Check out this interesting blog post on social media detox. One thing that has helped me is honestly to blog less. It’s too much pressure to submit 3 different blog articles to all of those search sites and social networking.

Now, I just post the pertinent stuff to this blog, which updates a feed on Facebook. It’s much less obtrusive and allows me to get more work done. Much less spammy and it’s not a big deal if I have to unplug. If I was still working at the same pace I was working at three months ago, my minor car wreck would have been devastating since it would have kept me off the computer for three days.

Now I feel refreshed.
