This company is horrible. There isn’t any customer service because the phones don’t work. Since that’s a tech issue, I called tech support, but they are in India and “do not deal with customer service.” Well, guess what? That’s not in my job description either, but I have done a lot of customer service as a production editor.
I just want to be migraine free on Christmas day. I want to enjoy time with my family and with my fiance. I have a medication that (sort of) works (Treximet actually works best, but UHC doesn’t cover that at all), but United Health Care won’t refill my 4-pill Imitrex Rx more than once in a month.
What a load of crap. This is a chronic condition. I am seeking additional help for it at a neurologist, but my appointment isn’t until January. I am disappointed in their lack of humanity. I am disappointed in my employer for choosing such a shoddy health care provider, and I will tell them so.
